Bomb sniffing dogs are breed to possess excellent noses for instance. And police and military dogs are not purchased at ordinary dog breeders. Additionally, you can’t even donate a puppy to your local police dept.
The breeding rule – Personal protection dogs have to possess characteristics that are usually only found in dogs when they are bred to have these characteristics.
And at GSTK9, we carefully choose our K9s from select working lines, then test for needed characteristics.

And they must be trained with the people, family and children they will protect. Furthermore, they must be trained in the environment they will exist in. An environmental set up and at your side training is essential. Anything else can be easily compared to handing a loaded pistol to a child. Because, It’s that serious.
And let’s be clear. It takes at least 18 weeks for your new Protection K9 to become fully-bonded with you and your family. And this is why GSTK9 protection training work is done at your side. After this time and only after, bonding is complete and control is given to the client.
